Orders
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. If you create an account, you can view order history and save details for faster checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t started processing yet, we may be able to help. Please email us as soon as possible at contact@krickets.llc with your order number. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at contact@krickets.llc with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. If it has already shipped, we may be limited by carrier rules.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on eligible orders. Any shipping details available for your order will be shown at checkout.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition (unused, unwashed, and with original packaging and included accessories, if applicable). For full details, please review our Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@krickets.llc with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Customers are also responsible for printing the return shipping label and packaging the item securely for return.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@krickets.llc with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
